We had our Kholer generator installed in December, 2011 and up until the Blizzard of 2013 we only had two occasions for it to kick on and those lasted for less than an hour each. Then came the "Blizzard". We lost our power early Friday evening and the generator brought back our electricity in approximately ten seconds. From then, with the exception of one manual shut down to check the oil (which was perfect), the generator worked continuously until last night (Monday) when our power was restored. It really helped our family members who stayed over and rode out their own power outages in the comfort of our home.
I can't tell you when I have been so pleased with a product. Our investment in the perfect generator for my home (thanks to the recommendation of your Scott Matthews) in our minds has already paid for itself. My thanks to you, New England Generator and Scott for keeping our family comfortable when so many were not. I expect that you will be busy with new installations, but let me know if you have time in mid-March to schedule my tune-up.

Rob & Steve did a very good job! They were also very professional and friendly. Upon completion, the yard and house/cellar were as clean as they were prior to the work being done. They also demonstrated/explained how the unit works and left us information in case that we need to review anything or need to contact Matthews Electric/New England Generator with any questions or problems.
Thanks again! While we hope that we will not need to use the generator often, the peace of mind having it is great and we will now be able to help family and friends in the event of them losing their power.

I hope this finds you well and warm. I write you this note because we need to tell you two things.
First, New England Generator is the BEST! We were in need of a generator, and needed it installed for the well being of our son. A friend recommended you and I thank her all the time. From Brett coming to assess the job to Beth who was on the other end of the ph...one to the electricians & plumber who were here to complete the job, and everyone in between, it was nothing but professional. And we Thank you for all of that!
Second, we need to personally thank YOU! for making sure it all got done so quick. In October of 2012 our lives changed when our son was diagnosed with a life threatening illness. We have been challenged every day to provide for him so he can function at his optimal level, just so he can live as normal as he can for being a 7 year old boy. We sold our home and spent all we had just so his every day was easier with no stairs, we found the perfect house for him, a ranch on a level lot with great schools. Then we were told by the neighbors about losing power in the neighborhood during winter storms, and our hearts sank. He would never survive such extreme conditions. That is when we found the resources to help us get what we needed, but we could only do that with a company who would work with them. And you made it happen! Your company answered our prayers and not only worked with the loan program, but did it timely and professionally. When I explained the loan to Brett on day one, he said no problem, never doubted it, told me he would run it by Debbie (not knowing you were the owner), and there would be no problem. As a Mom unsure what tomorrow has in store, I personally can't say Thank You enough. You and your company are the BEST! and made the DIFFERENCE!

No quite there (still need the town inspector), but Craig, Rob, Steve, Dennis and Ron worked from 8:30 til 5:00 doing all that was necessary to get our generator installed. The hardest part was digging through our very rocky soil in this frigid weather. No complaints from them; just a very hard working group that displayed good TEAM effort and pride in their work. Let me start off by saying, that although they immediately introduced themselves, I have forgotten their names. I couldn't have been happier with them. They were polite, knowledgeable and overall very professional. There was a problem, not your fault that the young man who was the lead person tried to correct. We eventually came up with a solution. I had many questions and he answered every one of them very politely. Overall they were a terrific team and an asset to your company. I have been quite satisfied choosing your company and meeting these three young men has only enhanced that decision.
